SUMMARY: This weekend offers plenty of family fun in the Lake area. The Crescent Circus Experience, featuring award-winning magic and circus arts by Nathan and Morgan, will perform free shows in Lake Charles, Moss Bluff, DeQuincy, and Sulphur. The Summer of Wonder Magic Show at South Lake Theater supports the St. Nicholas Center for Children, with tickets at $10. The stables at Liage host an open house with food, games, face painting, crafts, and pony meet-and-greet on Saturday from 11 AM to 2 PM. Local organization gives free books to the community
